Welcome to Yaara. By creating an account or using the Yaara mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Yaara. By using the App, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Yaara provides conversations with AI-driven characters ("Companions"). Every Companion is a fictional AI persona created by Yaara. No Companion is a real human being. Any resemblance of a Companion — in name, appearance, biography, opinions, or life stories — to any real person, living or dead, is purely coincidental and unintentional. Interactions are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for companionship and entertainment only.
Yaara does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Any information provided by a Companion is for general conversational purposes only and must not be relied upon as advice from a licensed professional. Please consult qualified professionals for such matters.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the App; (c) share sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or illegal content; (d) impersonate any real person; (e) use the App to solicit money, share your personal financial information, or engage in fraud; (f) upload another person's private data.
Yaara operates on a message-cap model. Every account starts with 15 free messages (30 if you have referred at least one friend who signs up). To keep chatting you may purchase (a) a Day Pass at ₹99 for 24 hours of access with 40 messages (one-time, does not auto-renew), (b) a monthly plan (Basic ₹149 / 70 messages, Plus ₹299 / 175 messages, Pro ₹599 / 400 messages), (c) an annual plan (Basic Annual ₹1,499 or Plus Annual ₹2,999 — both refill messages every month for 12 months), or (d) one-time Message Packs (Boosts) from ₹29 (15 messages) up to ₹499 (330 messages). Only one recurring subscription can be active at a time; Day Pass coexists with a subscription. Boosts remain valid for 365 days from the date of last purchase and are consumed only after your active plan's messages run out. All subscription payments and one-time in-app purchases are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS; pricing shown includes taxes as displayed by the store at checkout. All Companion personas, artwork, prompts, and software are owned by Yaara. Your conversation content remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Yaara's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
